Subscription Agreement and Terms of services for User Solutions (adopted on 16.10.2024)

NOTICE TO ALL USERS: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONSTITUTES THE LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FLOTHERS.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT INITIATE FLOTHERS SOLUTION (I-FREEZE). BY SELECTING "I ACCEPT", "OK", "CONTINUE", "YES" OR BY INITIATING  FLOTHERS SOLUTION (I-FREEZE) IN ANY WAY, YOU (EITHER AS AN INDIVIDUAL USER OR AS AN ENTITY) ARE INDICATING YOUR COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY, ANY PLAN OR FEATURE OR FUNCTIONALITY LIMITATION, SOLUTION DISCLAIMER OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS PRESENTED TO YOU IN  FLOTHERS SOLUTION (I-FREEZE) CONSTITUTES (collectively, the “AGREEMENT”).

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, SELECT THE REJECTING OPTION AND DO NOT INITIATE, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, ACCESS OR USE FLOTHERS SOLUTION (I-FREEZE).

THE AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT REQUIRE YOU TO AGREE TO THE USE OF ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THE AGREEMENT RATHER THAN A JURY TRIAL OR ANY OTHER COURT PROCEEDINGS.

If Flothers Solution (i-Freeze) is initiated, downloaded, from the websites or market store (for paid or trial use purposes), this Agreement is accepted and a contract is formed when the end user (“You”) selects the "I Accept", "OK" or "Yes" button or box below prior to download or installation. The Agreement is made available on Flothers websites as well for Your reference.

Certain Flothers Solution (i-Freeze) may require an active and stable connection to the Internet to function. It is therefore Your responsibility to ensure that You always have an active and stable Internet connection.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACTIVATE THE SOLUTION, DO NOT INSTALL OR ACCESS THE SOFTWARE OR OTHERWISE INDICATE REFUSAL, MAKE NO FURTHER USE OF THE SOFTWARE, AND CONTACT YOUR VENDOR OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND OF THE MONEY YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE AT ANY TIME DURING THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PERIOD FOLLOWING THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

- Mobile Security: The Accessibility Service API allows the app to monitor system-level activities, enabling advanced features like ransomware scans and spyware detection. This ensures that the app can proactively identify and neutralize threats, keeping your data secure without requiring complicated user interactions.

- Application Security: By utilizing the Accessibility Service API, the app can analyze app behaviors in real-time. It detects and blocks unsafe applications while identifying vulnerabilities in installed apps. This function provides users with peace of mind, as they can trust that the app is continuously safeguarding their device from potentially harmful software.

- WiFi Security Alerts: The Accessibility Service API enables the app to monitor network connections and detect unauthorized access attempts. Users receive immediate alerts about WiFi networks under attack, supported by the app’s spyware detection capabilities. This ensures that users are informed and can take action to protect their data from exposure.

- Internet Security: The Accessibility Service API enhances the antivirus' ability to detect and safeguard against fraudulent (phishing) attempts, spyware, malware, and malicious websites, providing comprehensive protection.

- App Scanner: The Accessibility Service API enhances the app’s ability to perform thorough scans of both new and existing applications. By accessing system permissions, the app conducts robust malware and spyware detection, ensuring comprehensive antivirus protection without requiring users to navigate complex menus.

- Web Shield: The Accessibility Service API enables the scanning and blocking of malware-infected links, Trojans, adware, and spyware, ensuring privacy and safe web browsing across all platforms, including Chrome.

- Safe Search: The Accessibility Service API facilitates secure browsing by enabling the app to monitor and filter web content in real-time. This protects users from malicious URLs and harmful websites, creating a safer online environment while enhancing ease of navigation through an intuitive interface.

- Kiosk Mode: Utilizing the Accessibility Service API, this feature allows specific applications to be visible only to designated users on a mobile device while hiding confidential apps. Subscription Terms

Access to premium features requires an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (or other platform account) at purchase confirmation. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings (or equivalent). No refunds or credits are given for partial subscription periods.
